Anime, Highschool, and A New Kitten?

        I have been out of school for a month and I haven't been writing here on my blog, because I have been so busy doing SUPER IMPORTANT things.... depends on what you define as important actually. I have watched 6 full animes Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Boccano!, Kill la Kill, and Soul Eater. If you consider that as important then I have a perfect reason for not writing, if you don't then I just ditched this for a month. To each their own though.
       I would like to get back into the swing of things before I START HIGH SCHOOL. That isn't terrifying at all.  I go back to school August 18 and I go to pick up my schedule August 7. Just thinking about it makes me feel sick. :/ I have terrible anxiety so this whole new school thing is just not working for me. IF ONE MORE PERSON IN MY YEAR CALLS THEMSELF A "FRESHIE" I WILL THROW THEM OUT A WINDOW. Just know everytime you do that you make all of the upper freshmen hate us even more.
        I have been trying to convince my MOM. JUST MY MOM. To get a cat. I ALWAYS ask my mom first, because if she says no there is no way she will change her mind. So, I have been throwing in subtle hints about getting a cat. Like earlier today, we were out and I tried to throw my candy wrapper into a trash can and I missed. She said, "Alicia! Pick that up don't litter!" I smoothly replied with, "Did you say LITTER? You know what needs litter? A cat. Can we get one?"

      She said, "It isn't me you need to convince it is your father."
      Translation: "I am going to let your dad decide, because I know he will say no and it can be him who crushed your dreams not me." Atleast that's what I heard. More important part is she didn't say no.
Will update on the progress of getting a cat!

Battlefield Adventure

       The other day it was just my mom and I, my brothers were out with friends and my dad was fishing. We were watching Breaking Bad and she got to episode 5. I have already watched to season 4. I asked her if we could go out and do something and I suggested going out to the Battlefield and as soon as I asked she said yes. I don't think you even understand how surprised I was. I have been asking my dad to take me for ages so I could take some pictures and he kept saying no. The FIRST time I ask my mom she says yes. These are my favorite pictures I took while we were there.

To Live a Dream Poem

      For once I want to live a dream.
      I want to fly high above the skyline.
      Forget all of the people who look like ants as I fly by.

      The lights of a forever awakened city twinkle,
      leaving unforgettable patterns in my mind.

      As I soar I want to feel the cool wind under my wings.
      I want to float among the clouds.
      I want to be surrounded by the vibrant stars of the night as I hop from cloud to cloud,
      then I jump up and kiss the moon!
     
     I want to see the moonlight glisten on the never ending river,
     that runs through the city.
   
     I want to see the tree tops.
     They are always hidden from those who merely walk,
     but I
     I will know of their secrets.
     I will examine every leaf as I bounce from each branch to the next.
     Hoping the next branch will not snap and I will have to start over.
     Then, as I leap from the top of the tree,
     I will fly.

     I will make my mark on the universe.
     I will explore the tops of mountains and claim them as my new discoveries.
     My own story to write.
     These mountains will be mere words on the pages of my story.
     The real story will be after I leave this planet.

     I will dance along the milky way.
     I will tiptoe along supernovas,
     and I play ping pong with the planets.
     I will use the stars as my sketch book,
     making new constellations when I feel a serge of creativity.
     When everything just,
     clicks.

     Until my dream comes true I will...
     hear the steady melody of the night breeze,
     hear the chatter of birds when day breaks,
     see the sunsets of pink,
     feel the snow land softly in my hair,
     feel the rain rinse my worries away,
     smell the fresh floral scents of spring.

     I will race along the winding path of the forest,
     with my shoes kicked off and my feet dirty from the dust I've kicked up.
     I will leap over roots of trees that try to trip me up,
     but they will never stop me.
     Even when they trip me and I come crashing down.
   
    I will not look back or down only up.
    Up at the sky that one day I will reach and not only reach,
    but the sky that will one day be behind me.

    When I kiss this planet goodbye,
    and land among another.

Photography Part 4

     Today was a rainy day, but that didn't stop me from going outside and taking pictures! It wasn't like stormy today so the sun was still out. It was just a summer drizzle. It was quite constant though. It was cool today as well so this was my what I did for most of my rainy day. :)

The book is "The Restaurant at The End of The Universe" by Douglas Adams

Then, I decided I wanted to be productive so I started taking some pictures. I went outside on my front porch where the roof comes out over it so it wasn't wet. It worked really well for my pictures!

LAKE WINNEPESAUKAH

     We went on a field trip today and it was to LAKE WINNEPESAUKAH!!! LAKE WINNIE WILL MAKE YOU SMILE GET HAPPY! :D

So, the way it was set up was we where to stay on one side of the park when we first arrived and we stayed over there for the first hour. We would go check in with the teacher's at 11:20am so we went to check in with them and we ate lunch. Then, we were free to roam the park as we please and we got to ride all of the rides, because we got a stamp on our hands which was an all access pass. 

So, the first ride I went on was "WILD LIGHTNIN'" Which honestly scared me to death the first time I rode it. When you go on corners it jerks and you get jolted to one side of the cart, it was really intense but I rode it twice. 

I think the next ride I went on to was the Ferris Wheel. I cried while riding it. Okay, the last time I went to an amusement park I was like seven or eight so I don't remember it too well. I have no memory of being afraid of heights at all. So, I was watching the Ferris Wheel go around and around and they went at a decent speed and only went around twice so I thought it wouldn't be too bad. BOY WAS I WRONG. When we first got on I got kind of anxious, but I was like it is okay no need to worry it won't go up too high. I FELT LIKE I WAS FLYING I COULDN'T COPE. IT WAS SO SCARY. We kept stopping, because they would let people off and the put new people on so we went around twice and we kept stopping. When we got down to the bottom I thought it was over. NOPE. WE WENT AROUND FOUR MORE TIMES MODERATELY FAST. IT WAS SO SCARY AND THEN IT LIKE JERKED AND WE WERE AT THE TOP AND I WAS FREAKING OUT IT WAS TERRIFYING. Movies romanticize Ferris Wheels so I thought it would be too bad. I will never ride a Ferris Wheel again. 

RIDE OF HELL. 

Next up was the Tilt-A-Whirl!! I loved this ride so much. This was my favorite ride in the whole park. Sadly I didn't get a picture of it as I was really excited for it. :D

I want to talk about the Genie for a minute. It honestly looked so terryifing. I did not ride it. I thought I would fall out or something.

NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE.

Then, I rode the Alpine Way? I think that was the name of it. I was so scared I didn't take any picture while I was on it, because I was so scared. It went over the water and I can't swim so I thought I would die. My friend that I was riding it with hit the bar and it slightly raised up and I had a heart attack. There were little kids riding all alone!! HOW? WHY? They weren't even scared. PEOPLE WERE KICKING THEIR FEET AND IT SWEAR I ALMOST THREW UP. EVERY TIME THE PERSON I WAS SITTING WITH EVEN MOVED I ALMOST DIED. I also cried on this ride too..... apparently I don't do heights.

Shout out to one of my friends for this picture. You know who you are. 

Then, I got funnel cake and it was delicious. This isn't really a big deal, but I thought you should know it was delicious.

          

        Wacky Factory was the next ride and it wasn't really scary or anything. You got on these cars and went in a dark house and there were a bunch bright lights. There was a really big clown above the exit and its eyes lit up and scared my friend to death.

      Also, rode the Merry-Go-Round, but I didn't get a picture of it either. It wasn't as fun as I remember it being when I was younger. I wouldn't ride the OH-ZONE, because I was terrified. That is all I am saying about that, because my friends wanted me to ride it.

This isn't everything that I did, but these were the main parts. Hope you enjoyed it. 

Nerdfighteria and a crush??

         I really hope no one I know in real life sees this post, but if they do I have like a week of school left so who cares. First, I am going to talk about Nerdfighters so yep. I have been in the group on facebook (yes I use facebook don't judge me) called Nerdfighteria and it is literally the best thing ever. It is such a great group of people who are so amazing. I posted asking for help with anxiety and panic attacks and everyone in the community posted tips and it was so nice to know that I am not alone in this. They really helped me and I love the conversations we have on there. We are all so supportive, obviously people disagree but what do you expect? We are all human. I do think it is easily one of the best groups of people I have met. Nerdfighters are amazing and if you do not know who Nerdfighters are  in layman's terms they are fans of the Vlogbrothers.

         Now on to the crush, ugh. So, there is a boy who will not be named, because if anyone ever found out except for my close friends I would probably cry. I sit next to him in one of my classes and I didn't think I like him I tried so hard not to like him, because I don't handle emotions well. I didn't win that battle, I ended up liking him. The thing about me "liking" or "fancying" someone is I don't normally get crushes. BUT OH NO HE HAD TO BE DIFFICULT. ALSO, He is a nerdfighter. We get along so well and we laugh and I found out he was a nerdfighter, because I did the hand sign and he was like, "DFTBA" I almost cried. So, I like him and it is honestly really sad because I don't know if he likes me or not and my friend is like, "He acts like he does but I am not sure and blah blah" so she is not helpful. I just don't know if I should tell him or not? I ugh I don't want to admit to this but I tried to tell him that I liked him and I freaked out and I started to tear up. I asked the teacher if I could go to the restroom...  I stayed in there for 6-10 minutes. *sigh*Congrats to me for being incredibly awkward.
