Guess who's back, back again, guess who's back tell a friend (actually don't because I am probably not going to commit to this and will end up forgetting I even have a blog for like a year again)

         I have come to the realization I will never be able to commit to blogging. I start and do it for like a month or two and then give up on it for like a year. So ummmm, that cycle will probably repeat again. I AM SO SORRY THAT IS HAS BEEN A YEAR.
         Anyways, I always remember and have the sudden urge to do things when it is super inconvenient. Like it is 1:45am on a weekday and I have school tomorrow and I just decided to start blogging again. I hopped up out of bed grabbed my laptop and started writing. I need to stop doing this and sleep, but who cares.
         I read my last blogpost and have decided to update you guys starting from there, first and for most WE GOT A CAT. We got her two days before Thanksgiving when she was 5 months old. Her name is Isabeau, or Izzy for short. She is very rambunctious and SUPER talkative like she constantly meows.
                                                       
                                     

          Next up is the whole crush deal. I never told him I liked him, ever. I don't have any classes with him and am completely over it. I haven't had a crush on anyone since until now, but that is a story for another time.
         Last but not least is anime so this ended up turning into a full blow obsession. I have watched over 40 animes since I started watching it when my last blogpost was up...... there's that. I will have a blogpost up later about all the animes I have watched and my favorites and least favorites, so be looking out for that! (if I don't completely ditch this for a whole year again).

Anime, Highschool, and A New Kitten?

        I have been out of school for a month and I haven't been writing here on my blog, because I have been so busy doing SUPER IMPORTANT things.... depends on what you define as important actually. I have watched 6 full animes Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Boccano!, Kill la Kill, and Soul Eater. If you consider that as important then I have a perfect reason for not writing, if you don't then I just ditched this for a month. To each their own though.
       I would like to get back into the swing of things before I START HIGH SCHOOL. That isn't terrifying at all.  I go back to school August 18 and I go to pick up my schedule August 7. Just thinking about it makes me feel sick. :/ I have terrible anxiety so this whole new school thing is just not working for me. IF ONE MORE PERSON IN MY YEAR CALLS THEMSELF A "FRESHIE" I WILL THROW THEM OUT A WINDOW. Just know everytime you do that you make all of the upper freshmen hate us even more.
        I have been trying to convince my MOM. JUST MY MOM. To get a cat. I ALWAYS ask my mom first, because if she says no there is no way she will change her mind. So, I have been throwing in subtle hints about getting a cat. Like earlier today, we were out and I tried to throw my candy wrapper into a trash can and I missed. She said, "Alicia! Pick that up don't litter!" I smoothly replied with, "Did you say LITTER? You know what needs litter? A cat. Can we get one?"

      She said, "It isn't me you need to convince it is your father."
      Translation: "I am going to let your dad decide, because I know he will say no and it can be him who crushed your dreams not me." Atleast that's what I heard. More important part is she didn't say no.
Will update on the progress of getting a cat!

Battlefield Adventure

       The other day it was just my mom and I, my brothers were out with friends and my dad was fishing. We were watching Breaking Bad and she got to episode 5. I have already watched to season 4. I asked her if we could go out and do something and I suggested going out to the Battlefield and as soon as I asked she said yes. I don't think you even understand how surprised I was. I have been asking my dad to take me for ages so I could take some pictures and he kept saying no. The FIRST time I ask my mom she says yes. These are my favorite pictures I took while we were there.

To Live a Dream Poem

      For once I want to live a dream.
      I want to fly high above the skyline.
      Forget all of the people who look like ants as I fly by.

      The lights of a forever awakened city twinkle,
      leaving unforgettable patterns in my mind.

      As I soar I want to feel the cool wind under my wings.
      I want to float among the clouds.
      I want to be surrounded by the vibrant stars of the night as I hop from cloud to cloud,
      then I jump up and kiss the moon!
     
     I want to see the moonlight glisten on the never ending river,
     that runs through the city.
   
     I want to see the tree tops.
     They are always hidden from those who merely walk,
     but I
     I will know of their secrets.
     I will examine every leaf as I bounce from each branch to the next.
     Hoping the next branch will not snap and I will have to start over.
     Then, as I leap from the top of the tree,
     I will fly.

     I will make my mark on the universe.
     I will explore the tops of mountains and claim them as my new discoveries.
     My own story to write.
     These mountains will be mere words on the pages of my story.
     The real story will be after I leave this planet.

     I will dance along the milky way.
     I will tiptoe along supernovas,
     and I play ping pong with the planets.
     I will use the stars as my sketch book,
     making new constellations when I feel a serge of creativity.
     When everything just,
     clicks.

     Until my dream comes true I will...
     hear the steady melody of the night breeze,
     hear the chatter of birds when day breaks,
     see the sunsets of pink,
     feel the snow land softly in my hair,
     feel the rain rinse my worries away,
     smell the fresh floral scents of spring.

     I will race along the winding path of the forest,
     with my shoes kicked off and my feet dirty from the dust I've kicked up.
     I will leap over roots of trees that try to trip me up,
     but they will never stop me.
     Even when they trip me and I come crashing down.
   
    I will not look back or down only up.
    Up at the sky that one day I will reach and not only reach,
    but the sky that will one day be behind me.

    When I kiss this planet goodbye,
    and land among another.

Photography Part 4

     Today was a rainy day, but that didn't stop me from going outside and taking pictures! It wasn't like stormy today so the sun was still out. It was just a summer drizzle. It was quite constant though. It was cool today as well so this was my what I did for most of my rainy day. :)

The book is "The Restaurant at The End of The Universe" by Douglas Adams

Then, I decided I wanted to be productive so I started taking some pictures. I went outside on my front porch where the roof comes out over it so it wasn't wet. It worked really well for my pictures!
